PennStateAltoona is a full-time four-year undergraduate campus located near Altoona, covering an area of approximately 172 acres, approximately 45 miles from the main campus, University Park. The school has approximately 2,600 undergraduate students, offers 21 bachelor's and 5 associate degree programs, and also supports Penn State's "2+2" transfer path for more than 275 majors. The student-faculty ratio is approximately 12:1, with small classes, an academic success center, internship and research opportunities, more than 60 student organizations and 17 NCAA Division III teams "Nittany Lions.
