The University of Minnesota Rochester, referred to as UMR, is located in Rochester, Minnesota, USA, and is a member of the University of Minnesota system. Since its establishment in 2006, UMR has focused on the field of health sciences, offering a Bachelor of Health Science (BSHS) and a Bachelor of Health Profession (BSHP). The BSHP program cooperates with the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences to train professionals in radiology, ultrasound, cardiac ultrasound, and respiratory therapy.

The school is located next to the Mayo Clinic, and with the help of the city's skybridge system, students can easily participate in clinical internships and research projects. UMR emphasizes small class teaching and collaborative learning, and the course adopts a flipped classroom model to promote student active participation. In addition, the school offers more than 30 student clubs to encourage students to actively participate in academic and social services.
