Overview

The Jewish Theological Seminary, or JTS, is located in New York City and is the academic and spiritual center of Conservative Judaism. It is dedicated to cultivating Jewish educators, rabbis, cantors, and scholars with profound academic accomplishments and leadership.

JTS has several colleges, including the Rabbinical College, the H.L. Miller Cantor College, the Albert A. Lister College (undergraduate), the William Davidson Graduate School of Jewish Education, and the Graduate School, offering multi-level degree programs from undergraduate to doctoral. Among them, the Lister College collaborates with Columbia University and Barnard College to offer dual degree programs, allowing students to obtain degrees in both Jewish studies and liberal arts education.
