Morehead State University (MSU), located in Morehead, Kentucky, USA, was founded in 1887 as a teacher's school and became a university in 1966.The university offers more than 200 degree programs in the fields of arts, business, education, and science, and is known for its majors in space science, music, and public history.The bachelor's degree in space science is offered by only five other schools in the U.S. MSU was the first school in Kentucky to offer a complete online Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. The campus is located in the foothills of the Daniel Boone National Forest and offers a wealth of outdoor opportunities. The school's athletic teams, the Eagles, participate in NCAA Division I and excel in football and basketball.
