Lake Michigan College is located in southwestern Michigan. It is a public community college founded in 1946. The main campus is in Benton Harbor, and there are branches in Niles and South Haven. The college offers more than 80 associate, certificate and bachelor's degree programs, with popular majors such as brewing, nursing, technology, and humanities. The school has small classes and a student-teacher ratio of about 14:1.
