Overview

Graceland University is a private Christian university located in Lamoni, Iowa, United States. Founded in 1895, it is affiliated with the Community of Christ. The university offers undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs, providing over 30 academic programs, including nursing, education, business, psychology, and the arts. Starting in 2022, all four-year undergraduate students are required to complete a second major in “Transformational Leadership,” aimed at cultivating leaders with critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. The Lamoni campus is situated on a 170-acre rural campus, offering a variety of extracurricular activities and 22 NAIA-level sports teams. The Indianapolis campus focuses on graduate programs in nursing and education and provides online courses.
