Dakota County Technical College (DCTC) is located in Rosemount, Minnesota. It was founded in 1970 and is a two-year technical college affiliated with the Minnesota public system. The campus covers an area of about 108 acres and offers more than 50 associate degree, diploma and certificate programs, covering business, manufacturing, medical, STEM and other fields. The college takes "education is employment" as its philosophy, emphasizes practical teaching, school-enterprise cooperation and flexible courses (day, night, weekend and online), with a graduation employment rate of 87%, and the sports team is the NJCAA "Blue Knights".
