Founded in 1929, Antelope Valley College (AVC) is a public community college located in Lancaster, California, and is part of the California Community College system. The college offers more than 70 associate degrees and nearly 60 career certificate programs in the areas of aviation, business, health sciences, digital media, social sciences, etc. AVC serves more than 16,000 students through its main campus in Lancaster and a branch campus in Palmdale, as well as through its online programs.
